Reproducing PhotoNet Images
Permission to reproduce the Archives' photos and other materials
(including images on PhotoNet) for commercial or educational
purposes must be requested from the archives. In most cases
a fee will apply.
Publication of Archival Materials
The Archives may make portions of its collections available
for publication for educational or other purposes. Duplication and publication fees will apply and are nonrefundable. Reproduction of manuscript, photographic, film, or other archival
material for publication in print or non-print media is permitted
only through contractual arrangement with Caltech. Interested
parties may wish to review a sample contract or request use of materials.
Photocopies
Researchers may apply for single-copy reproductions of manuscript
or pictorial material for study purposes only. Every photocopy
request will be reviewed by the Archivist. The Archives reserves
the right to refuse to photocopy any document in its collections.
